A new-build, three-storey critical care unit developed through RIBA Stages 3 and 4. Our role included spatial floor-plan coordination, detailed C-sheets, fixture schedules and finishes schedules, helping translate the clinical brief into coordinated technical information for a complex acute healthcare environment.
